Please click on the image or link for the age group you are registering your squad for. Each electronic Squad Sheet includes a save and resume function, allowing you to return to complete the form before final submission. Once an electronic Squad Sheet has been submitted, it will no longer be available for editing.
All Squad Sheets must be completed and submitted for the Mini & Youth Sports Festival by midday on the designated submission date, as communicated by the tournament organisers.
When entering a squad for U12 Girls, Under 14 Girls, Under 16 Girls, or Under 18 Girls, please ensure you select the correct link.
